Scenic Flights – Nullarbor Roadhouse - Winter Only
The Nullarbor Roadhouse is located 1100km West of Adelaide, and approximately 300kms West of Ceduna. The Nullarbor Roadhouse is in South Australia, approximately 300kms east of the WA / SA border. From mid-May to early October, Southern Right Whales gather in the Great Australian Bight Marine Park to give birth, to socialise, and to breed. On average, 170 whales (including 70-80 calves) are seen in the Park. The Great Australian Bight Marine Park is the most significant nursery for Southern Right Whales in the world. Chinta Air has been offering flights from the Nullarbor Roadhouse since 2008. Flights include: Great Australian Bight Marine Park scenic flights to see the Southern Right Whales in the Marine Park. A half day flightseeing tour over the Maralinga bomb testing site, and along the Bunda Cliffs.

2025 Rate (Valid from 28 June 2026 to 4 October, 2026) 995 per person, for 2 passengers (plus $30pp fuel levy)
Includes
Track North over Watson, before flying over the former nuclear bomb testing site at Maralinga. Turn South to fly over Ooldea before returning to the Great Australian Bight Marine Park and the Bunda Cliffs. Land back at the Nullarbor Roadhouse.
